| We specialize in the design, manufacture and
installation of everything from stainless steel cleanroom furniture to aluminium
architectural roof flashings.
Our main area of expertise is stainless steel
fabrication. We have won contracts with several high profile pharmaceutical and
healthcare companies in the cork region to supply high quality stainless steel
cleanroom furniture such as work benches and trolleys, gowning cabinets,
stepover benches, computer stands, inspection tables and everything in between.
Our stainless steel expertise extends to many
other areas outside of the pharma and healthcare industries, we have significant
experience in supplying and fitting stainless steel balconies, canopies,
balustrading and catering equipment such as sink units and prep benches. As with
all our work each job is measured on site by one of our project managers,
designed and fabricated in the IES workshop and fitted on site by our highly
experienced site personnel.

Our workshop is split into two distinct areas, one for the production of
stainless steel and aluminium work, the other for mild steel fabrication. From
this area we produce a range of different products including decorative gates
and railings for industrial and residential use, small scale structural work
including beam work, lean to and stand alone structures for housing generators
and other machinery, staircases, balconies and access ladders.
Our workshop is outfitted with CNC press brakes and guillotines. This, along
with our qualified machine operators and aluminium welders allows us to produce
aluminium architectural roof flashings to a high degree of accuracy. We can
supply flat flashings, curved roof flashings, bull nose and fascia soffit
flashings.
